European delivery, with clear shipping costs

We deliver to Portugal, mainland Spain and the other European Union countries covered by CTT Europa. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment, based on your destination and parcel size and weight.

Free delivery

Thresholds include VAT and exclude shipping. Free delivery applies automatically to eligible destinations and can be combined with eligible discount codes and compatible cart offers. Orders above 30 kg chargeable weight require a shipping quote.

Zone 2: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France (metropolitan), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Romania and Sweden.

Estimated transit times after dispatch

• Mainland Portugal and mainland Spain: 2 working days.
• Other EU destinations: 3–7 working days, depending on the country and location.
• Azores and Madeira: usually 5–15 working days. Allow up to 6 additional working days for Graciosa and 12 for Corvo and Flores.

Transit times are estimates, counted from the working day after the carrier accepts the parcel. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Product availability and island transport connections may affect your delivery date.

Destinations requiring a quote

For European countries outside the EU, the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar, overseas territories and territories with special customs arrangements, please contact us before ordering. We confirm service availability, shipping costs and any applicable formalities before payment. The free-delivery thresholds above do not apply to these shipments.

Where import formalities apply, your quote will identify included charges and any taxes or duties payable at destination. Customs charges vary by destination and shipment.
